She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Perry and Catherine Perry (Varcasia); her husband Ernest A. Vigna; her daughter Denise Bellmore Steele; her son-in-law John-Henry M. Steele; her grandsons, Jeffrey D. Bellmore and Benjamin P. Steele (Giulia Steele); and her great grandchild Angelina Fay Steele. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Fay's family asks that attendees for the wake and service wear masks.
