He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zawisza and Mary Ann Zawisza (Grzych); and his siblings, Frank, Stanley, Casmir (Walter Zawisa), John (Henry Zawisza), Anna Kendrek, Catherine Kurek, Agnes Gadzinski and Regina Ortisi.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Cleverly (John) of Lincolnville, ME, Mary Jo Logan (David) of Glastonbury, CT and Gloria DePatie (Bill) of Hopkinton, MA; his grandchildren, David "DJ" Logan, Jessica, Jennifer DePatie and Nicholas DePatie; his sister Patricia McGowan of Sterling, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Zawisa of Middletown, Marita Zawisa of Columbus, OH and Christine Zawisa of Middletown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
