She was predeceased by : her husband Mario DeGirolamo; her parents, Antonio Tufaro and Josephine Tartaglia Tufaro; her grandson Matthew Spiegel; her brother Vincent (Giovanna Tufaro); and her brother-in-law Louis Trombetta.

She is survived by : her children, Michael DeGirolamo (Sharon Blomgren) of Oxford, Lisa Spiegel (Robert) of Milford and Anthony DeGirolamo (Sheryl Toth) of Milford; her grandchildren, Robert Jr. (Christina), Nicholas Spiegel (Samantha), Michael Jr., Alexandra and Giana Rose DeGirolamo; and her siblings, Maria Giacobbe (Giovanni), Nancy Trombretta, Pasquale Tufaro (Ann) and John Tufaro (Kris). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
