He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Mitchell and Louise McPeake; his wife Kathy; his son Joe Mitchell; his daughter-in-law Carol of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Richard and Erin; and his brother Donald Mitchell. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and his canine companions.
