Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Genevieve Stankowski (Moodus, Connecticut), born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 98, on February 9, 2019. She was predeceased by : her spouse Anthony J. Stankowski; her parents, Ludwig Zdanowicz and Teofila Zdanowicz (Gromak); her sisters, Bernice Strycharz and Mary Zdanowicz; and her son-in-law Robert Trotochaud.

She is survived by : her daughters, Gloria Trotochaud Lafave (Philip) of East Haddam and Marie Miska (Richard) of Winsted; her grandchildren, Mark Trotochaud (Cristina) of Oakdale, Michael Trotochaud (Brianne) of Virginia, Kathleen Lehy (Donald) of New Hartford, Gregory Miska (Marisa) of Manchester and Julianne Burns North Haven (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Keith, Melanie, Seth, Aaron, Matthew, Miriam, Jacob, Gabriel and Xavier.
