He was predeceased by : his siblings, John Fahey Jr. and Jane; and his parents, John Fahey and Mary Q. Fahey. He is survived by : his wife Irene Halish Fahey of Moodus, CT; his sisters, Maureen Sullivan, Kathleen Schjelderup and Eileen Gardner; and his friend Marines.
