It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur P. Boulander of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Kathleen Boulanger Jr. (Nagle). He is survived by: his brother Michael Boulanger of Rocky Hill; and his aunt Carol Boulanger.
