It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blanche Vardon (Naugatuck, Connecticut), born in Beacon Falls, Connecticut, who passed away on October 10, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Angus Harkness; her sister Margaret H. Spina of Spring Hill, FL; her son Richard John Vardon (Dicky); and her granddaughter Vanessa Sue Malone. She is survived by: her parent Martha Harkness (Hackney); and her children, Steven R. Vardon (Judy) of Beacon Falls, Rodney Vardon Jr. of Oxford, Judy V. Berge of Beacon Falls, Susan R. Vardon of Naugatuck and Diane V. Malone (Tony) of Naugatuck. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and twenty nieces and nephews.
