With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Merancy of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in New York, New York, who passed away on August 15, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dolores Merancy to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward S. Merancy, Sr.; her parents, Frank Bigert and Josephine Bigert; her children, Edward S. Merancy, Jr., Ronald "Rick" Merancy, Joseph Merancy and Donna Locke; and her brother Frank Bigert.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, John (Nujoud), Jason, Lori, Kara, Kirby (Greg) and Kassie; her great grandchildren, Rebekah, Zara, Xavier, Grace Elizabeth and Gregory; and her daughter-in-law Nadine Merancy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Everyone attending is required to wear a facial covering and to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
