He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Levinsky and Adele Levinsky (Gurski). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Levinsky (DeGennaro); his children, Krystle Kelly of Seymour, CT, Donald Levinsky II of Beacon Falls, CT, Katherine Levinsky of Beacon Falls, CT and Alice Kinne of Beacon Falls, CT; his grandchildren, Summer of Beacon Falls, CT, Scarlett Levinsky-Mocci of Beacon Falls, CT, Cole of Beacon Falls, CT, Kelsey Kinne of Beacon Falls, CT and Natalie Levinsky of Beacon Falls, CT; his siblings, Marcia Watson of Quaker Hill, CT and Henry; his sister-in-law Mary Levinsky of New Canaan, CT; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Tricia DeGennaro of Naugatuck, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Everyone will be required to wear a facial covering and to adhere to social distancing guidelines for all services.
