He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Naugatuck Garrett; his wife Marjorie Garrett (Wooster); his children, Carrie Rivard (Shane) of Naugatuck, CT, Roger Garrett (Debbie) of Naugatuck, CT, Paul "Andy" Garrett (Jeanne) of Plantsville, CT and Todd Garrett (Nichole Milia) of Naugatuck, CT; his brothers, Pete Garrett of Summerfield, FL and James Garrett of Tarpon Springs, FL; his son Michael Garrett; and his siblings, Clabe, Dorsey Jr. Garrett, Geneva Howard, Lottie Gross, Barbara Gilley and Marlene Howell. He was also cherished by his thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
