He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Cotter and Mary DeLuca Cotter; and his brothers, Nicholas and Otis Cotter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sanders Cotter; his children, Christopher Cotter of Great Barrington, MA, Cynthia Juarbe (David) of Brooklyn, NY and Carrie Healy (Tim) of Naugatuck; his siblings, William Cotter and Frances Fabrizio of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Alyvia, David, Daniel Juarbe, Jocelyn Caraballo, Casey, Thomas, Teagan, Cassidy Healy and Jaimee Palmer; and his friend Robin Moon (Chris Moon). He is also survived by her three children, as well as many nieces and nephews.
