He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Rosenblatt and Lil Rosenblatt; and his brother Steve Rosenblatt. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Jennifer Gampel (Josh); his sister Sari Rosenblatt (Steve Machuga); his sister-in-law Susan Rosenblatt; his granddaughters, Lily and Ashley; his brothers-in-law, Paul Merluzzi, Tom Merluzzi and Jay Merluzzi; and his sibling's children, Ericka, Anyia, Msichana, Natalia, Julian, James, Andrew, Nora and Anne.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Howie's memory can be made to Naugatuck Adult and Continuing Education Scholarship Fund.
