He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gallagher and Dorothy Gallagher (Gray). He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Gallagher (Brian Bellemare) and Cynthia Morgan (Craig Morgan); his grandchildren, Summer Rose Gallagher and C. J. Morgan; and his brother Douglas W. Gallagher (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
