He is survived by: his parent Helen Butkus (Patronik); his wife Selinda "Sindy"; his child Sarah; and his siblings, Don (Twana), Tom (Nicole), Jim (Debbie), Dave (Debbie), Bob (Mary), Joe (Janet), Cheryl (Mike), Mike (Jenn) and Sue (Gary). He is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews, and 21 great nieces.
