He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hozer and Rose Hozer (Altschuler) of New Haven; his son David; and his siblings, Roberta Hozer Lurie and Michael Hozer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Denzel); his daughter Wendy; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaden, Aryella and Ava.
