It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Alicandro of Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George T. Smail and Lucy Smail (Grozik) of Thomaston. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Alicandro; her daughters, Dawn Alicandro (Jo) of Naugatuck, CT and Kristie Hulbert (Kevin) of Plattsburgh, NY; her grandchildren, Zachary, Kelsey Hulbert of Plattsburgh, NY, Julia and John Cagnetta of North Haven, CT.; her siblings, Joel Smail (Susan) of Manilla Philippines, Diane Maroney (Francis) of Bristol, CT and Kathy Filipiak (John) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her pets, Carly and Charlie. She is also survived by her three nieces, two nephews.
A celebration of Linda's life will be forthcoming (post-covid).
