He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Fonseca and Belmira Fonseca (Ferreira). He is survived by: his sons, Joaquim (Thresa Fonseca), Agostinho (Robin Fonseca) and Joao (Denise M. Fonseca). He is also survived by his seven Grandchildren; several great grand children; and several nieces and nephews.
