She was predeceased by: her husband Jose L. Azevedo; and her parents, Manuel Almeida and Ausenda Almeida (Prancho). She is survived by: her children, Heldier Azevedo (Cherie Villano) of Brookfield, CT, Nelson Azevedo (Idalina) of Danbury, CT, Teresa Azevedo of Waterbury, CT and Olinda Paula Azevedo (Jose Perez) of Ridgewood, NJ; and her grandchildren, Paulo Sergio, Michael, Tony, Danny, Mark, Bobby Soares, Gabriel A. of Oliveira, Ashley and Mathew Azevedo.
