It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Koslosky (Naugatuck, Connecticut), who passed away on June 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Koslosky and Julia Koslosky (Cabel); and her siblings, Robert O. Koslosky, Herbert A. Koslosky, Paula Koslosky and Hertha Koslosky.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Sandra Mickewicz, Richard Reynolds, Roxana Duncan, Noela Couture, Melissa Vanase, Mark Koslosky and Kimberly Shugdinis. She is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews and 13 great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 350 Millville Avenue, Naugatuck, CT 06770.
