She is survived by: her parents, Mary Forish (Fuska) and George Forish; her husband Steven Wasula; her sibling's children, Charles Forish Jr and Linda Yoos (Forish); her great-nephews, Charles Forish III, John Forish, Michael Forish, Darren Yoos and Brennan Yoos; and her sister-in-law Harriet Forish.
