She is survived by: her parents, Robert Emmons and Columbia Lumis; her daughter Jaelynn Torres; her sisters, Melissa Landry of Naugatuck, Jill (Ian Belward) of Prospect, Jessica (Ricardo Soto) of Naugatuck, Amy Lumis of Naugatuck and Michelle Armstrong of Waterbury; her stepfather Robin Armstrong; and her stepbrothers, Dave Armstrong and Robert (Veronica Armstrong). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
