She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burba and Irene Burba (Krygier). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Zahornasky; her children, Rebecca Zahornasky of Naugatuck, Amanda Zahornasky (Jim Sizemore) of Naugatuck, Thomas Joshua Zahornasky of Naugatuck and Matthew Zahornasky of Naugatuck; her sisters, Irene Baird of Stratford and Elizabeth Quintiliano of Southbury; and her grandchildren, Christian and Jordan.
