He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Zajac and Julia Zajac (Osiak). He is survived by: his sons, Marek of Naugatuck and Edward Zajac of Naugatuck; his sister Zuzanna Anuszkiewicz of Brooklyn, NY; and his sibling's children, Regina Anuszkiewicz, George Anuszkiewicz and Ireneusz Zajac Tadeusz Seroczynski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
