He is survived by: his wife Eloise Regan Ballard Raymond; his sons, Michael W. Raymond (Brenda) of Waterbury and Randolph Ballard (Shannon) of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Melissa L. Raymond, William Pinto, Joseph Russo, Dylan and Douglas Ballard; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Malerba of Ansonia and Barbara Regan of Seymour.
