He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Sagendorf (Kozenieski); his parents, Howard J. Sagendorf and Genevieve Sagendorf (Osgothorpe); and his brother Robert Sagendorf. He is survived by: his children, David Sagendorf of Naugatuck, William H. Sagendorf (Robin Sagendorf) of Naugatuck, Peter Sagendorf (Jennifer MacAulay) of Torrington, Gretchen Troland (Laurent Troland, Sr.) of Bethlehem and Teresa Branco (Fernando Branco, Sr.) of Naugatuck. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, his 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
