He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew A. Kochanski. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Kochanski-Tedeski (Prochnicki); his stepfather Timothy H. Tedeski Sr.; his brothers, Adam, Roman, Thomas and Eric; and his grandmother Stanislawa Prochnicki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
