She is survived by : her parent Mary Rybka (Orzel); her husband John; her daughters, Valarie, Cassandra, Gracie and MacKenzie; her grandparents, Katarzyna Orzel and Ryszard Rybka; her siblings, Eva and Conrad; her uncle Anna Waluk; her great-aunt Anastazja Matys; and her cousins, Chris, Frank, Thomas, Peter, John, Joseph, Mark, Brett, Stanley, Samantha, Nicholas, Colby, Chase, Cooper, Michaela, Maximilian, Briana, Caitlin and Kyle.
