He was predeceased by: his father Zbigniew Cichowlaz. He is survived by: his parent Kazimiera Cichowlaz (Smyk); his sister Kaja Hermanowski (Steve) of South Windsor; his nieces, Zoe and Ava; and his grandmother Marianna Hodyl of New Britain.
