He was predeceased by : his father Czeslaw Dzierlatka; and his siblings, Czeslawa, Teresa Dzierlatka, Regina Nosek, Krystyna Dobrzynski (Obituary), Edward and Czeslaw.
He is survived by : his children, Melissa, Amanda (Peter), Wesley and Daniel; his grandchildren, Tessa Stack, Levon and Ruby Martine; his siblings, Wanda Oja, Stefan and Zdzislaw; his sisters-in-law, Mariola, Ania and Halina Dzierlatka; and his friends, Frances (McCaig) and Michael Alper (Margaret McCaig). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to PARC Inc, a 501 (C)(3) organization, at 28 East Maple St., Plainville, CT 06062, which supports family-centered services for people with disabilities.
