She was predeceased by : her parents, Leopold Szurlej and Helena Pietrasz (Majcher); her husband Mieczyslaw Wojtaszek; her sons, Stanley Wojtaszek and John Wojtaszek; her granddaughter Ocean Helena Wojtaszek; and her sisters, Zofia and Cecylia Szurlej.
She is survived by : her children, Mark Wojtaszek (Bogusia) of New Britain, Chester Wojtaszek (Monica) of Plainville, Margaret Urban (Robert) of Unionville and Amy Carlson of Plainville; her grandchildren, Candace, Kathryn, Paul, Veronica, Victoria, Danielle, Cynthia, Jonathan, Alexandra, Olivia and John C. Jr.; her great grandchildren, Xander, Alayna, Maya and Scarlett; and her siblings, Stanley Szurlej of Poland, Frances Peccerillo of New York and Julie Schwartz (Jonathan) of Florida. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
