He was predeceased by : his father Donald John Sr.; and his siblings, Robert, Charles and Salann. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Hanson Usher; his son Jason Donald Usher; his grandchildren, McKenna May Usher and Broderick Hanson Usher; his siblings-in-law, Karl (Pat), Karen, Laurie and Beverly; and his godchildren, Markus Swartout, Theresa Boos, Elizabeth Schwalbe (Whitney) and Susan Levander. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and nephews.
