She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Nielson); and her brother Henry Smith. She is survived by: her husband Charles Joseph Isabelle; her daughter Nancy Petruska (Thomas); her granddaughters, Natalie Ann Petruska and Carolyn Marie Boles (Mason); her brother George Smith; and her nephews, Adin Smith and Brandon Smith. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
