She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Brand; her sons, Louis and Timothy Brand; her siblings, Kathy Williams, James W. Fulwood, Frank Fulwood, Sr. and Leroy Fulwood; her son-in-law Myron Oliver; and her granddaughter Shaniqua Bagley.
She is survived by: her children, Jessie Carter (William), Arthur L. Brand Jr. and Fannie Brand Oliver; her sister Nadine Fitzpatrick; her godson Kenny Driffin; and her adoptive daughter Alexandra Moellmann. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
