He is survived by: his wife Esmeralda Ruiz Vargas; and his children, Raul Dally, Ileanita, Angel, Aida, Raquel, Eva, Margarita, Felix J., Wesley, Clay and Rebecca. He is also survived by 46 grandchildren; 76 great grandchildren; 22 great great grandchildren.
