She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel White, Jr. and Mary Bell Petty White; her husband Herbert F. Ford; her siblings, Solomon White, Sr., Samuel White, Colonel White, III, James White, Martha Grant and Virginia Griffin; and her granddaughter Chanel Nicole Blackmon.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles A. Warren; her sister Gloria Kelly Lewis; her children, Shanda Blackmon (Daniel) and Charles A. Warren, Jr. (Pamela); her grandchildren, Dante Blackmon and Tanyia Warren; and her stepdaughters, Cassandra Ellis and Karen Ford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
