He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ford Sr. and Lillian F. Hawkins Ford Berry; his wife Linda Ford; his son Charles A. Ford Jr. (First); and his sister Mildred Ford.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Saulsbury (Maribel), Emmanuel Ford and Charmelia Ford; his brothers, Manuel Ford (Margie), Samuel Ford Jr. and Adolphus Berry Jr. (Regina); and his godson David. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
