He is survived by: his children, Teresa Worthy-Cohens (Odell), Charles Jr. (Linda), Kathy, Bruce (Kathy), Deborah Henderson (Thomas), Michael and Geneva Cummings (Robert). He is also survived by grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and great great grandchildren.
