She was predeceased by : her parents, Rev. Henry Lewis, Sr. and Rosezena Pelmon-Lewis; and her brothers, Henry Jr., Frank and Bennie Lewis.
She is survived by : her children, Monique Lewis, Lavon and Hashi Lewis (Chase); her stepchildren, Andre and Vernique McKoy; her grandchildren, Clyde Mack, Jr. and Christian Lewis; her siblings, Willie Lewis (Delois) of San Antonio, TX, Ricky Gary (Shirley) of West Haven, Doris Lewis-Monk (Conley) of Hamden and Cherry Hawkins of New Haven; and her goddaughter Martha Bauknight. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, close cousins, and life-long friends.
