He was predeceased by: his parents, Alciclo Ramos and Maria Alícea; and his daughter Carmen Delia Ramos. He is survived by: his spouse Jacinta Martínez Ramos; and his children, Mevelyn Ramos of Stamford, Gloribeth Ramos of New Haven, Felix M. Ramos, Jr. (Virginia), Carlos L. Ramos (Marcia) of Ft. Meyers, FL, Edgar O. Ramos, Luís F. Ramos and Esequiel Ramos (Amanda Arguilles) of New Haven. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
