It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ilda P. Nunes of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Luis Reis (Rosa) of Orange, Carlos of New Haven and Rui Reis of New Haven; her grandchildren, Veronica, Gabriela and Alexandre Reis; and her siblings, Gloria Anjos, Barbara Reis, Maria Cardoso, Gracinda Reis, Conceicao Medeiros and Domingo Nunes.
