He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Gallishaw and Valentine Gallishaw; his siblings, Moses, William, Joseph Gallishaw, Janette Lowery and Vermell Gallishaw; and his brother-in-law Anthony Eaddy.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Johnson-Gallishaw; his daughters, Tyisha Walker-Myers (Richard), Shontel Walker and Destiny Johnson; his stepdaughter Asia Johnson; his sons, Emmanuel Gallishaw and James Demby; his stepsons, Wade Johnson and Willie Clark; his brothers, John Henry (Josie), Abraham and Robert Gallishaw (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Gallishaw, Barbara Eaddy, Gene Johnson, Albert Eaddy and Raheim Holloway; and his parents-in-law, Barbara Holloway and Haywood Johnson. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
