It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Cole of New Haven, Connecticut, born in Lebanon, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cole and Marcelline Cole; and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Welty; his stepson Matthew Walsh (Lina); his siblings, Thomas Cole (Shawna Petticord) of New Baltimore, MI, Marie Witherill (Kathy Wolfe) of Charlotte, NC and Cheryle Bennett (James) of Linburg; and his grandchildren, Bennett and Emmy Walsh.
The service is open to the public (subject to masking and COVID precautions) and will be simulcast through the church's website, http://www.unitednewhaven.org.
