He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Richard Roderick (Rosie) and Lorraine Barbaresi Roderick. He is survived by : his parents, Brenda Addison (Roderick) and Dolphuss Addison; his brother Michael Moore of Hamden; his niece Caydence Moore of Meriden, CT.; and his uncles, Richard Roderick (Barb) of Woodbridge, CT and Eric Roderick of West Haven, CT..
