He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Counsel; his daughter Tameka Counsel Judd; his son-in-law Michael Judd; his brother Willie Counsel; and his granddaughters, Ani, Autumn and Alanna Judd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and friends.
