He is survived by: his mother Theresa Gallagher Crouth; his daughter Whitney Crouth (Manuel Aviles); his former wife Dorian Crouth (Della Camera); his brother Peter Crouth; his granddaughters, Juliana and Jaelyn Aviles; his sister-in-law Kimberly Della Camera; and his niece Melissa Serna. He is also survived by cousins & friends.
