He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Hansen and Mae Hansen (Gerard); and his brother Charles Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Donohue Hansen (Margie); his children, Mary Reynolds (Jack), John Hansen, Jr. (Len Suzio), Elizabeth Case (Tyson), David Hansen (Britt) and Thomas Hansen; and his grandchildren, Meg, Lizzie, Eileen Reynolds, Julia, Timothy, Taryn Case, Emma, Thomas, Mikka Hansen and Luke Ginieres. He is also survived by friends, nephews, and nieces.
