He was predeceased by: his brother David E. Walters, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Todd Scofield Walters and Amy Scofield Walters (Sally Scofield Walters) of Virginia Beach; and his brother Craig Vought Walters of Longboat Key. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces.
