She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Fulton and Harris Fulton Sr.; her husband Gerald Bell; her parents-in-law, Betty Bell and James Bell; her stepfather Willie Johnson; her sister Emma Lynette Fulton-Anderson; her nephew William Baines IV; and her sister-in-law Lindell Gore-Fulton.
She is survived by: her son James Fulton (Sonya); her siblings, Harris Fulton Jr. of New Haven, CT., Vernon Fulton Sr. of New Haven, CT., Anthony Fulton Sr. (Wanda) of New Haven, CT., Tracey Turner Fulton (Anthony) of New Haven, CT., Gwendolyn Fulton of New Haven, CT. and Cassandra Johnson of New Haven, CT.; and her brother-in-law David Anderson. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
