She was predeceased by: her mother Luz Maria Rivera; and her brothers, Rafael Rodríguez and Evaristo González. She is survived by: her father Rafael Rodríguez of Pennsylvania; her children, Karla Martínez (Tony Santana) of New Haven, Bruce Pérez (Elizabeth), Jacob Coto of New Haven, Carlos Mart, Puerto Rico and José Conde of West Haven; and her siblings, Zurayma Capeles of New Britain, Giselle Benítez of Berlin, José Omar Benítez of Massachusetts and Juan Castro Capeles of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
